When visiting this page
The web server records technically necessary access data: the page called up, the time and shortened details about the device. This data is used for secure operation and is not used for profiling. No advertising cookies are set and no third-party analysis services are integrated.
If you use the studio on the homepage
Enter a web address there, we call up this publicly accessible page and evaluate it to generate a suggestion from it. The evaluation runs on our own computers in Switzerland. Your input is not stored and not passed on to third parties. Only if our own computers are currently unavailable do we fall back on an external service; only the text of the page, which is publicly available anyway, is transmitted.
If you contact us
We use your details exclusively for processing your request. We do not pass them on to third parties and delete them as soon as they are no longer needed or earlier if you request it.
Research on companies
For company suggestions, we evaluate publicly accessible information,
such as the company website, public directories, and the commercial register.
Affected companies can request information at any time, demand correction, or
request the deletion of all data collected about them. A notification to
info@linkwerk.ch is sufficient; we will then permanently exclude the company from any further contact.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and objection.
